Metal for Meals with Inherited, Fermented Artery, Diseased & Klaiton

Fermented Artery is a five-member death metal band from Goes that does not allow itself to be limited by one subgenre, with influences from different corners from both inside and outside the metal world. Formed in April 2024, the band consists of two guitarists, a bassist, a drummer and a vocalist.

At Metal for Meals 2025, they will perform their debut show. Expect tight riffs, energy and a set that shows what modern death metal is all about. This is only the beginning-Fermented Artery is ready to make their mark on the scene.

Inherited is a young and aggressive band that combines Thrash and Groove Metal with the relentless energy of hardcore band. Imagine Slayer meeting Hatebreed in a dark alley: raw, ferocious and unstoppable. Their sound is best described as groove thrash metal, brimming with crushing riffs, pounding grooves and an intensity that hits like a goods train. This 'pit bull on steroids' approach has already been adopted to perfection. The band won the national metal battle and earned the honour of performing at the legendary Wacken Open Air, cementing their reputation as one of the most promising acts on the metal scene. Hailing from isolated and rugged West Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, Diseased embodies the raw power of old-school Swedish death metal. With raging riffs, thundering grooves and the iconic "chainsaw sound" of the Boss HM-2 pedal, the band brings a devastating sound that is as compelling as it is uncompromising. Every place they play is transformed into a battlefield of pure, brutal energy.

 

Inspired by such greats as Entombed, Dismember and Grave, Diseased mixes the best of the classic Swedish sound with their own furious twist. The music is an explosive mix of aggressive speed and unwieldy, ripping passages, always driven by an irrepressible passion for death metal.

 

On stage, Diseased is an unrelenting force. With intense live energy and a wall of sound, they drag their audience into a storm of chaos and power.In the underground scene, they are a not-to-be-missed act for any death metal fan.

 

Klaiton
Founded in 2013 by guitarists Erwin Wesdorp and Stefan Verdoorn from the disintegrated bands Polluted Inheritance and Burial. While looking for a drummer, Ronald Ca-monier (guitarist/singer of Polluted Inheritance) was asked to pick up the drum sticks. Steven Vrieswijk (bassist Polluted Inheritance) was the right person to pick up the bass and (almost) complete the band. What was missing was a vocalist who was found after some time in Gratien Versijpt. This Flemish Howler buoy completed the whole picture to form KLAÏTON. The musical veterans of KLAÏTON make Oldschool Death Metal and have already built up a cult status in their immediate environment.KLAÏTON...The GOD OF WEEDS will proliferate and dominate the earth
