Supermoon

Supermoon makes infectious 70s funk music, drawing influences from bands like 'Sly And the Family Stone' and 'The Meters'. The result is an otherworldly combination of thick groove, rock-solid harmonies and a dose of accents that fly around your ears at a rapid pace.

After two EPs, over 300 shows, airplay on national radio, a sold-out release show in Melkweg Amsterdam and support shows of Average White Band and UB40, it is now time for the debut album, the first single of which was released on 1 July 2022. Once again, expect uptempo funk of the highest order in which the upbeat and danceable music contrasts in a cool way with frontman Daan Krakers' meaningful lyrics.
